1. Please update the latest firmware version before enter the Vancer Web Hub.
2. Click “+ connect device” on the top right corner for initialization for the first time, then select the corresponding model you need.

How to install firmwares
step-01
1. Plug the USB-C cable into the dongle and turn on the wireless mode of the mouse. Run the file “Vancer_xxx_Receiver_xxxx” and close it after installation is complete.
(Replug in the cable if the installation is stuck.)
step-02
2. Plug the UBS-C cable into the mouse. Run the file “Vancer_xxx_Mouse_xxxx” and close it after installation is complete.
step-03
3. Re-pair Code (necessary). Unplug the USB-C cable, while holding down the left button, scroll button, and right button at the same time for 5 seconds. Wait until the light flashes, and then plug the USB-C cable into the receiver. Code pairing successful if the mouse works properly.
